16:17 Upon arrival at LK, subject’s vehicle, a blue Taurus plate #TXC 632, was observed in parking lot adjacent to the LK building, at 5127 Brighton Avenue.

Investigator entered LK and sat at a two-top near the bar with a view of center stage. Investigator observed approximately ten customers scattered through the area. Only the center stage was open. Performer was black and name was never announced. A bartender and one waitress, small, naturally blonde, and not meeting subject’s description, was waiting tables. One bouncer was standing by the main door. No other staff were present on the main floor.
